Please be advised that your monthly Association payment is $195 monthly due by the first of each month. Checks must be made payable to “Autumn Ridge at Manchester Condo Association” Payments can be sent to HFA Management Inc. at 680 Hooper Ave Building B Suite 204, Toms River NJ 08753
Please note that parking is only allowed on streets within designated areas, vehicles parked within a no parking zone will be towed at owners expense.
-Recycling is now Curb Side Only, Please do not put recycling in the trash corral. Homeowners must utilize a can no larger then 32 gallons for Recycling. (Every Other Wednesday) you can have more then 1 can. Bulk trash should not be placed in trash corral.
